1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Access servers, systems, accounts, or databases without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, stability, or performance of the Services
• Copy, download, archive, scrape, or reproduce any content
• Use bots, crawlers, automated scripts, or AI agents to access, index, reproduce, or train models on our content
• Extract, republish, or mirror content in any form
• Share your login or access credentials
• Misrepresent your identity
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass authentication
• Use our Content to build competing products, courses, or services

We may suspend or terminate access at our discretion for any violation.

3. Purchases & Payments

Payments are processed through third-party processors such as Stripe or Skool using secure hosted pages. We do not store credit card or banking details.

By purchasing, you agree that:

• All sales are final
• You authorize the listed payment processor to charge your payment method
• You will not dispute or charge back legitimate transactions
• You are responsible for keeping your billing information accurate

Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription (offered now or in the future):

• Billing renews automatically
• You may cancel future billing at any time
• Canceling does not retroactively refund past charges

This section applies to subscriptions sold directly or through platforms such as Skool.

4. Refund Policy

Unless a refund is explicitly offered in writing for a specific product, all purchases are final and non-refundable, including:

• Courses
• Digital products
• Memberships
• Subscriptions
• Templates
• Tool access

You agree that digital goods are delivered instantly and are not eligible for return.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Protection

All content provided through the Services—including videos, documents, frameworks, PDFs, scripts, templates, programming, commentary, course materials, and digital assets ("Content")—is owned by AI Foundations LLC or licensed to us.

You receive a personal, limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Content.

You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, share, mirror, archive, or resell the Content
• Upload, distribute, or leak Content on any platform or forum
• Screen-record, scrape, download, or extract content or course materials
• Train LLMs, AI models, datasets, or derivative systems on our Content
• Use the Content to build competing products, courses, or services
• Claim ownership or authorship of any Content

Violations may result in account termination and legal action.

6. Anti-Scraping & Anti-Automated Access Policy

To protect our intellectual property, you agree that:

• Automated tools, bots, spiders, scrapers, headless browsers, and AI agents are prohibited
• Use of the Services for dataset creation or machine learning training is prohibited
• Any attempt to circumvent access controls or download protections is prohibited

We may use technical measures to detect and block scraping or automated access.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms and tools, including but not limited to:

• Stripe (payments)
• Skool (membership hosting)
• Meta/Facebook Pixel (ads & analytics)
• Email service providers (transactional & marketing emails)
• SMS/text message service providers
• Cal.com (scheduling)
• CRM and lead management platforms

Your use of these services is governed by their separate terms and policies.

8. Application & Inquiry Forms

By submitting an application, inquiry, or contact form through our Services, you provide us with personal and business information including but not limited to your name, email address, phone number, company name, company website, job title or role, business type, annual revenue, services of interest, project details, and timeline. You acknowledge that this information will be stored, processed, and used by us as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Submitting a form does not guarantee acceptance into any program, service engagement, or callback. We reserve the right to accept, decline, or prioritize submissions at our sole discretion.

9. Communications Consent

By providing your contact information through any form, purchase, registration, or interaction with our Services, you expressly consent to receive communications from AI Foundations LLC, including but not limited to:

• Email messages (transactional, marketing, promotional, educational, and follow-up)
• SMS/text messages to the phone number you provide
• Phone calls related to your inquiry or application
• Retargeting advertisements on third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google)

Message and data rates may apply for SMS/text messages. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of marketing emails by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any text message. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional messages related to your account or purchases.

10. Data Usage & Marketing Rights

By using our Services or submitting any information to us, you grant AI Foundations LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, store, process, and leverage your submitted data for the following purposes:

• Evaluating your application or inquiry
• Marketing our products and services to you via any channel
• Creating custom and lookalike advertising audiences
• Internal analytics, lead scoring, and business intelligence
• Sharing with service providers who assist in delivering our Services
• Improving our products, services, and customer experience
• Any other lawful business purpose

We will not sell your personal information to unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee:

• Business results
• Performance outcomes
• Accuracy or completeness
• Uninterrupted availability
• Future availability of any specific features or services

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
• Total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. EU/UK visitors may have additional consumer rights, which these Terms do not restrict.
