What This Is
Your AI Operating System is a set of instructions you paste into your AI tool's custom instructions or system prompt. It tells the AI who you are, how you work, what you're focused on, and how you want it to communicate so you never have to re-explain yourself again.
Most people leave custom instructions blank. That means every conversation starts from zero. The AI doesn't know your business, your goals, your schedule, or your preferences. So it gives you generic output and you spend twenty minutes editing it.
This fixes that.
Where to paste it:
- Claude: Settings → Profile → Custom Instructions
- ChatGPT: Settings → Personalization → Custom Instructions
- Other tools: Look for "system prompt" or "custom instructions" in settings
How long it takes: 15 minutes to fill in. Changes everything from the first conversation.
